About Us

We're a young and ambitious company that's been firing up the oven since 2014. Our journey began with weekly supper clubs from our backyard in Hackney, and we've since expanded to 12 neighbourhoods, offering delivery, dine-in, and takeaway services.

We're known for our collaborations with local artists, musicians, and chefs, and we're proud to have won several awards, including London's most-loved restaurant in Time Out's 2016 Love London awards.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure the kitchen service runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead shifts and take ownership in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Train the team alongside the Head Chef.
  • Complete all prep tasks as required and take responsibility for your workstation.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone with previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Someone with excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
  • An individual who is willing to work weekends and is a team player.
