">The Role
">We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as an Emergency Lead Veterinary Surgeon. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive clinical excellence in our busy practices.
">About You
">To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong track record of delivering commercial performance through effective allocation of clinical activity. Experience of using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague is essential.
