Lead Procurement Manager - Third Party Risk Management/Supplier Management

At easyJet, we're committed to making low-cost travel easy and accessible. As a key member of our Finance and Treasury team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the balance between 'service' and 'cost' that makes travelling with us enjoyable.

In this exciting new role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy from scratch. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, including Audit, Legal, and Sustainability, to ensure that our vendors are compliant and that we're ahead of regulatory changes.

As the TPRM Lead, you'll be accountable for developing models, templates, and processes to guide the business from a risk-focused perspective. You'll also be responsible for training and supporting Supplier Managers to ensure they're equipped to manage risks effectively.

This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll engage with all areas of the business, from creating a centralized system to oversee third-party risks to rolling out the tools and technology needed to monitor, report, and mitigate those risks.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Strong experience in Procurement/Category Management with a focus on TPRM and Supplier Management
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders
  • Financial acumen and contracting expertise
  • Strong data analytics, problem-solving, and business acumen
  • Proven track record of implementing metrics and strategies in fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional European languages desirable

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and spend three days per week in the office.
