Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex care needs.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to the individual, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, promoting a balanced diet
- Maintain a clean and organized living space, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in care work, preferably with experience supporting individuals with Learning Disability and Autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing care needs
