Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flagship fitness facility, coordinating clients for all trainers, and overseeing the fitness and aerobic program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor membership levels monthly to achieve maximum revenue.
  • Ensure that the venue is well-maintained in compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Develop promotional plans outlining events and dates for upcoming events.
  • Supervise colleagues within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
  • Train staff to upsell memberships and other services.
  • Monitor standards in relation to fitness assessments when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a GM within a volume environment is desirable.
  • A strong background in health, fitness, and wellness is essential.
  • Ability to drive sales and membership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
