Job Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the team and maintaining standards. You'll be a role model for delivering a world-class customer experience and train your team to achieve this consistently.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead the team, maintain standards, and create an engaging working environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand.
  • Sales and Operations: Drive store performance to its maximum potential and lead the team to ensure they're efficient in following best practice.

  • Recent management experience
