Michael Page (UK) is a leading recruitment agency with extensive experience in placing professionals in various sectors, including the Not-for-Profit industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and partner with hiring managers and the wider business on recruitment activity.

Job Description

  • Improve recruitment strategies within the organisation by collaborating with hiring managers and the wider business.
  • Provide support and advice on all resourcing matters to hiring managers, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
  • Create job descriptions and adverts that effectively showcase the company's brand and attract top talent.
  • Coach and advise hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment methods to ensure accurate candidate selection.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet the organisation's objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Recruitment Partnering or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment legislation, including equal opportunities and data protection regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
