Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector


Location: City Of London

Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Education Recruitment team. Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and manage a portfolio of schools and educational institutions

• Identify, source, and place qualified teaching staff (teachers, teaching assistants, etc.) into long-term and short-term roles

• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner

• Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and client visits

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate sourcing to placement and follow-up

• Ensure compliance with education and recruitment legislation, safeguarding policies, and best practices

Ideal Candidate:


• Previous experience in recruitment ( Education Recruitment desirable but not necessary )

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented



Requirements:


• Recruitment or sales experience (education recruitment experience advantageous)

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential)
