**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the housekeeping operations in a residential care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that all living spaces are comfortable and welcoming for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and experience in a similar role within the healthcare or hospitality industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
