Medical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to support our sales activities in clinical and theatre settings. As a Field-Based Sales Associate, you will work directly with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, providing product demonstrations, training, and support to healthcare professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and support ongoing sales activity within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision makers
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to healthcare professionals
- Support product evaluation and implementations with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve both regional and national sales objectives
- Compliance with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting reporting
Your Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or healthcare qualification
- Previous experience selling medical devices or working in a surgical setting is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Technological proficiency
- Negotiation skills
