Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Conducting regular observations and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in health & social care or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in a care home setting is preferred.
  • A caring and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to promoting the independence and dignity of older adults.

We estimate that this role attracts a salary of around £24,800 per annum, based on a 36-hour week and assuming annual increases. Please note that this figure is an estimate only and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
