Job Summary:

OH Medical Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality Occupational Health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support the clinical team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Regularly assess service standards to guarantee high-quality delivery.
  3. Act autonomously as the clinical lead, delivering treatment and Occupational Health services.
  4. Conduct, review, and document regular clinical competency assessments.
  5. Ensure all staff are appropriately qualified, inducted, and trained to deliver a quality service.
  6. Analyse and present monthly management information and key performance indicator data.
  7. Assist in coordinating and promoting wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  2. On Part 3 of the specialist register for Occupational Health.
  3. Previous experience providing clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team.
