About the RoleThis is a full-time Trainee Teacher position, working 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and term-time only (8:45-4:45pm). The role is ideal for a committed and nurturing individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with complex needs.
Responsibilities- Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
- Participating in a 2-year training program to become a specialist 1:1 teacher
- Relevant teaching or care assistant experience (desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- SEN experience (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- On-site parking available
