Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst and Service Design Lead to join our team at TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading market analysis, designing a high-level operating model, and driving the service design process for the rollout of a global data stewardship service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Lead the internal market analysis to understand the data stewardship landscape across multiple global markets.
  • Operating Model Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design a high-level operating model that addresses the varying needs of different markets.
  • Service Design Strategies: Develop service design strategies that ensure the new data stewardship service meets the specific requirements of each market while maintaining overall consistency.
  • Project Management: Work closely with the project management team to plan and execute the initial rollout of the new service to selected markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment with the new service design and operating model.
  • Challenge Mitigation: Identify potential challenges in service adoption and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Service Transition: Oversee the transition of markets to the new service, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide continuous feedback and refinement of the service design and operating model based on real-world implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Business Analysis and Service Design Expertise: Strong experience as a Business Analyst with additional expertise in service design and operating model design.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage service design projects from concept to implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Global Experience: Experience working in a global or multi-market environment, with an understanding of cultural and operational differences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to design services that meet diverse market needs.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Data Stewardship: Experience in data stewardship or data management is a plus.
