Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist to lead our psychology team and provide direct psychological services to clients with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the psychology team in providing high-quality clinical services to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Provide training and consultation to colleagues on neuropsychological assessment and treatment strategies.
  • Develop and implement service evaluation and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Person Specification
  • Doctorate-level training in clinical psychology/neuropsychology.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Experience working with adults with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
