Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Occupational Health Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing occupational health strategies to promote employee health and wellbeing
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing control measures to prevent work-related illness and injury
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on health-related matters
  • Collaborating with the HR and EHS teams to develop policies and procedures related to employee health and wellbeing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A registered nurse qualification with an active PIN and no restrictions or conditions
  • An Occupational Health qualification
  • Recent experience in an occupational health role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Case management experience is essential
