About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Data and Reporting Specialist to collaborate closely with teams in the Building Safety and Compliance department, to ensure that data collection and reporting processes sufficiently meet and demonstrate compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to building safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data collection, distribution, and insights, while recommending process improvements.
  • Developing and overseeing systems to guarantee accurate information and compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Analyse and identify trends to improve strategies and evaluate performance against benchmarks.
  • Working collaboratively on the preparation of Regulatory Reporting Returns.
Requirements
  • In-depth understanding of one or more elements of Building Safety such as Electrical, Gas, Asbestos, Legionella and Fire Safety.
  • Experience within the Social Housing sector would be advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis tools and software, along with experience using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Project or contract management experience is desirable.
  • Effective communication abilities for presenting findings and recommendations.
