About the Job:

Holt Recruitment seeks a highly skilled Body Shop Repair Expert to join their team in the Warrington area. As an experienced SMART Repair Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional repair and restoration services to vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bumper and trim repairs
  2. Vehicle examination to identify additional repair needs
  3. Minor dent removals
  4. Accurate documentation of all work performed
  5. Customized paint mixing for precise color matching
  6. Spray painting of vehicles
  7. Alloy restoration
  8. Interior refurbishment
  9. Quality assurance checks
  10. Health and safety compliance and maintaining a clean workspace

Requirements:

  1. A strong background in a Bodyshop environment as a S.T repairer or Paint Sprayer.
  2. An enthusiastic and dedicated individual who consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.

Package:

The selected candidate will receive a salary up to £35,000, accompanied by a performance-based bonus structure, and a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week with some flexibility on a 4 or 5 day week.
