Main Purpose

Carry out electrical preventative maintenance tasks and repairs across Aberdeenshire, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive tasks, providing support to the PPM team and repairs.
  • Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks, including lighting installation and repairs.
  • Use NICEIC software for certification and survey sites to identify potential project works.
  • Work mainly in schools and sheltered housing sites, ensuring client satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Comply with all legal, qualitative, health, safety, and environmental standards, and report directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Excellent electrical maintenance and repair skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
