We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Strategist to lead our Operations Security team, providing exceptional service to our business.



This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where you will lead a skilled team of Operational Security Specialists in delivering an effective and proactive security function.



You will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day activities are carried out within a controlled and compliant framework, continually improving the security of our platforms based on our ISMS model.



Automation is also crucial to us, and we need you to lead the automation agenda.



In this rewarding role, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills, ensuring our users receive professional and efficient technical support while managing ticket escalation.



Your responsibilities will include:




  • Leading a skilled team of Operational Security Specialists
  • Providing oversight and direction on security incident triage, mitigation, and remediation
  • Maintaining and improving security operational dashboards and processes, including security incidents, vulnerabilities, agent and asset health, Azure and M security posture
  • Assessing and managing updates to hardware, software, and services through our change process
  • Analysing threats and risks facing our organisation and developing solutions
  • Assisting with audits, arranging penetration testing, and responding to security assessments
