About the Role

You will be responsible for analyzing next-generation sequencing data from various genomic research projects. This will involve working with targeted, exome, and whole-genome sequencing data from different sequencing platforms and clinical materials such as fresh tissue, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded samples, and plasma DNA. The post will be based in the Oxford Molecular Diagnostics Centre, where you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative research environment.
