Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Operator to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a Mobile Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment, including mobile plant and fixed plant, to ensure efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile plant and fixed plant equipment, including Clamp Trucks, Shovel Loaders, Grab Loaders, and Telehandlers, to meet production targets.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to company health and safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in a recycling or waste management environment.
  • Certification in plant operation, such as CPCS, is desirable.
