CreatePay is seeking a highly motivated Call Centre Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Lead Creators to achieve sales targets and drive the adoption of our payment solutions products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, management, and coaching, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They should be self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role offers an estimated salary of £55,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, 25 days holiday, and regular incentives including overseas trips.
