About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Product Support Team, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support for our products and applications. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and productivity.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. A degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or hard science is required, along with minimum of three years' experience in technical sales and/or product support. Knowledge of optics industry concepts and experience working in a similar role is desirable.
