Job Title: Bar Staff

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Bar Staff member at Babu House.

Babu House is a renowned hospitality establishment, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Bombay since 2010. Our Permit Rooms offer an exceptional dining experience, with a focus on seriously good food, fine spirits, and great music.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year's experience in a high-volume bar environment, with a strong knowledge of classic cocktails and drinks. They should be able to greet guests with a smile and make them feel welcome, while maintaining a professional demeanor throughout their shift.

A competitive salary of £15 per hour (inclusive of tronc) is offered, along with a range of benefits including free team meals, all-day dining opportunities, and access to award-winning training programs. The successful candidate will work across 5 days, Monday-Sunday, with a weekly changing rota provided at least 10 days in advance.

  • To prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and meals to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year's experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and drinks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
