We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Financial Process Improvement Specialist to join our Commercial Operations Team at the British Business Bank.
The primary purpose of this role is to perform timely, accurate and efficient financial transaction management. This includes raising Purchase Order requests, managing the credit card process, and reconciliations.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality reports and management information to identify areas for improvement and communicate these opportunities to stakeholders.
To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of purchase-to-pay processes and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
In addition, you should be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data quality is not compromised.
Previous experience working with Atamis and knowledge of payment governance principles, including approvals and segregation of duties, would be highly desirable.
