About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Transfer Specialist to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As an Asset Transfer Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, project managing, and overseeing the transfer of assets for clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily requests for security transfers, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  2. Effectively manage and resolve failed transfers, cash and stock breaks, and other operational issues.
  3. Provide seamless, efficient, and effective administration of transfers being processed, ensuring adherence to established procedures and control guidelines.
  4. Closely liaise and coordinate with various parties, including internal departments, custodians, and counterparties, to ensure smooth transfer operations.
  5. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by your Line Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in transfers-related functions for local and global securities in a private banking environment.
  2. Knowledge of Altus and other relevant systems would be an advantage.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
