Senior SHE Specialist

At ATTB - The Big Jobsite, we have an exciting opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to join our team. We are looking for a skilled professional who can support us in the safe planning, delivery, and review of complex projects across the construction and maintenance industry while ensuring compliance with our safety, health, and environment policies, standards, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Support: Assist in identifying roles and responsibilities of Vistry Group in respect of the CDM Regulations for each project and collaborate with Business Managers and Site Managers to develop effective solutions.
- Promoting a Positive SHE Culture: Facilitate the implementation of policies and procedures within business units to reduce risk and foster a positive safety, health, and environment culture.
- ActivSHEQ Database Support: Promote the use of ActivSHEQ at site level and ensure accurate data input as per company guidance and timelines.
- NEBOSH Construction Diploma: Must possess this diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Construction Industry Experience: Have experience working in the construction industry, preferably in a residential construction or Tier 1 Contracting setting.
- Professional Membership: Be a member of a professional body and work towards Chartered status.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000 based on experience.
