Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team in Oadby, who will be responsible for providing property management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide property management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants
  • Undertake duties in line with signed Terms of Business, with particular focus on co-ordinating property maintenance
  • Ensure that all properties comply with current legislation (EPC's, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates, PAT Testing)
  • Arrange inspections and maintenance work as required
  • Communicate with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns
