About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join our team at Restaurant Associates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our clients and customers.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of our contract, ensuring great quality, consistent food and beverage services across our 5 outlets. You will maintain positive client relationships, ensuring we are true partners in their business.

You will be responsible for the smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver a first-class food and beverage service to our clients and customers. You will also be responsible for the management, recruitment, development, and training of team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, retail, and hospitality onsite
  • Oversee the development and performance of employees
  • Order food and supplies
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their experience
  • Maintain positive client relationships
  • Ensure the contract is fully compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Deliver on the agreed financial budget and run commercially in line with net income and cost target
