About the Role:

This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 17:00.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Pre-Construction function of the business, providing essential administrative assistance.
  2. Prepare and issue tender letters, compile and send packages to the supply chain for costing, and take meeting minutes.
  3. Annotate design documents, assist with report writing, and maintain accurate records of information exchanged.
  4. Compile information and assist with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
  5. Create and modify bid presentations, and update project case studies.
  6. Help organise corporate and team events.
  7. Manage and update the project database (KMS), generating reports as needed.
  8. Assist the department head with scheduling meetings with clients and internal teams.
  9. Track sickness and holiday reports for the department.
Requirements:
  1. Highly organised and proactive individual with excellent administrative skills.
  2. Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritise workloads effectively.
  3. Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  7. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  8. Familiarity with office health and safety procedures.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  10. Experience with or knowledge of project management databases such as KMS.
