Job Title: Project Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for producing documented system and solution designs to NEC/SSS Public Safety standards and format.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of documented system and solution designs to NEC/SSS Public Safety standards and format.
  • Presentation of designs and supporting rationale to internal and external audiences.
  • Maintenance and update of designs through project changes process.
  • Liaison with 3rd party suppliers and customers to discuss and agree architecture components.
  • Design leadership and oversight across the project team through proactive interaction with all stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales and Product teams for governance, evaluations, and approvals.
  • Adherence to all Health and Safety practices, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education to HND/HNC level or relevant industry experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience within IT-focused server and client-based environments.
  • Proven experience administering and working with Microsoft Windows client and server architecture.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Architecture.
  • Experience using design and documentation tools such as MS Visio and MS Applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
