Environmental Health Officer - Food Safety Specialist

Buckingham Futures is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join our team in South West London. As a specialist in food safety, you will be responsible for delivering inspections and enforcing regulations to ensure the highest standards of food safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out inspections, re-inspections, and surveys to identify potential food safety risks
  • Investigating and enforcing compliance with food safety regulations
  • Preparing and serving Statutory Notices and taking enforcement action as necessary
  • Consulting with developers, landlords, and businesses to ensure progress of casework
  • Attending site visits, surveys, and Public Inquiries as required

You must have up-to-date food safety competencies to work in this post.
