Event Coordinator

WiHTL & Diversity in Retail is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of all company events, delivering them from start to finish with excellence, creativity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project meetings, provide updates, and collaborate with the Founder and senior team to shape content
Identify and manage venues, serving as the main point of contact leading up to and during the event
Deliver all events within budget, aiming for profitability where appropriate and negotiating with suppliers to ensure top quality service
Collaborate with the Community Engagement team to organise the awards event, ensuring a seamless experience
Requirements:
Experienced in managing similar events and passionate about what we do
Organised and detail oriented - you can 'join the dots', spot efficiencies and control costs without compromising quality
A skilled negotiator - you are confident influencing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring you get the best deal for our events
Creative & solution focussed - You love problem solving, bringing fresh ideas and embracing new challenges
