FMCG Exec is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing one of their largest retail accounts, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving profitable growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in a National Account Manager role or equivalent, with a proven track record of managing a P&L within the grocery industry. Private label food experience is also essential, as well as a passion for achievement, integrity, and drive. Strong communication and influencing skills are required, with the ability to adapt to different situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large retail account, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive profitable growth through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage a P&L, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve company objectives

Requirements

  • Experience in a National Account Manager role or equivalent
  • Proven track record of managing a P&L within the grocery industry
  • Private label food experience
  • Passion for achievement, integrity, and drive
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

What We Offer
