Bartlett Group, a leading independent insurance broker and financial adviser, is seeking a skilled Insurance Account Manager to join its Arborisk Insurance team. With a rich history dating back to 1940, Bartlett has established itself as a trusted partner for businesses, charities, and individuals across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your own account portfolio, working with a diverse range of clients from sole traders to corporate entities.
  • Develop and tailor bespoke insurance packages to meet client needs, utilizing multiple markets and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with industry-led experts to gain in-depth knowledge of tree surgery and forestry activities and requirements.
  • Focus on quality lead Key Performance Indicators, prioritizing client satisfaction and service excellence.
