Quality Control Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Dispatch Department Team Member. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers on time and in excellent condition.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting a final quality check on all products before they are dispatched;
- Accurately producing distribution labels from purchase orders and ensuring that all relevant documents are included;
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and concerns.
In exchange for your exceptional skills and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.18 per hour, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within our company.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £24,900 based on a 37-hour week and 52 weeks per year.
