About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing bespoke marketing strategies to clients, utilizing the extensive network and resources offered by Fine & Country. This includes local, national, and international exposure, ensuring maximum property value and competitive pricing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with high-net-worth individuals. Previous experience in listing and selling properties in South East London is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute personalized marketing plans for each client
  • Work closely with clients from initial contact through to the successful sale of their property
  • Utilize Fine & Country's resources, including administration support, marketing, sales progression, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and world-class results

Benefits:

  • A competitive annual salary of £50,000 - £80,000
