**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Property Manager to oversee and manage a prestigious portfolio of 40 exclusive super and prime residential properties. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the most sought-after properties in the market, ensuring exceptional service and seamless management for discerning clients.

About the Role:

As a Luxury Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a high-value portfolio, delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of each property, ensuring they remain in pristine condition, and meeting the highest standards expected of luxury residences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Property Management: Oversee all aspects of property management for 40 exclusive super and prime residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and the highest standards of upkeep.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Manage the coordination of regular maintenance, urgent repairs, and vendor management to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, rent collections, and service charge management, providing regular financial reports to property owners.
  • Compliance & Legislation: Ensure all properties are compliant with relevant regulations, health and safety requirements, and local laws.
  • Tenant Liaison: Address any tenant requests, complaints, or issues, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing & Lettings: Support the lettings process for vacant properties, ensuring prompt leasing and maintaining occupancy levels.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in managing super prime residential properties, ideally in high-net-worth sectors. A strong understanding of property management principles, with a proven track record in handling luxury estates and high-profile clients, is also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and service providers, are critical to this role.
