Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development across various industries, including FMCG.

The ideal candidate will be based in the North of England, covering the M62 corridor, and will be responsible for building relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.

The majority of the business will be based in England, with some opportunities to work with clients in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can think strategically and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales success
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
