Senior Private Client Associate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Associate to join our Private Client teams in the South East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client law, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize their own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a broad range of private client work, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to a range of charities.
  • Manage and prioritize their own caseload, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
  • 6 years' or more PQE in private client law.
  • Experience in all areas of private client law, including estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
