Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our team in Kent. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of private client matters, including court of protection, powers of attorney, PI trusts and wills and probates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on private client matters
- Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience of working in a busy private client department in a large regional or well-known firm
- Strong knowledge of private client law and practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
