Rotational Occupational Therapist Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a rotational role. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a broad range of learning experiences and develop your skills in a fast-paced acute hospital setting.
About the RoleAs a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will work across various specialties, including Acute and Emergency Medicine, Orthopaedics and Surgery, Neurology, Hand Therapy, and Complex Medicine. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and multi-disciplinary teams, developing your clinical skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Perform therapeutic assessments of patients with diverse physical and psychological conditions, determining diagnoses and formulating individualized treatment plans.
- Hold responsibility for your own caseload and work autonomously, with access to senior occupational therapist support when needed.
- Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
- Supervise work experience students on observational placement, maintaining confidentiality.
- Contribute to evidence-based audit and research projects to improve clinical practice and service delivery.
