Administration Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions in Taunton, Somerset. As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team and assisting with client staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and match candidates to roles from our existing database
  • Onboard new candidates and ensure a seamless integration into our system
  • Coordinate travel plans for contractors and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and upkeep our CRM database to ensure efficient operations
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 5 years in an office environment
  • Confident telephone manner and proficient in MS Office
