We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Manager to lead our project management team at our Oxford site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects within our Customisation Centre portfolio, which includes military, civil, and para-public projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring on-time delivery of projects
  • Ownership of the Integrated Master Schedule
  • EVM and EAC reviews
  • Line management of the project management team
  • Day-to-day management of assigned projects
  • Planning, scheduling, and de-confliction of all projects in the portfolio
  • Identification of resource issues
  • Controlling work package activities between multifunctional teams
  • Monitoring spends and schedule adherence of assigned projects
  • Reporting to both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Risk monitoring, mitigation, and control

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in managing project managers
  • Project planning and controls
  • Earned Value Management
  • Experience working with MoD as a customer
  • Understanding of EASA, UK CAA, and UK MAA regulations
  • Commercial awareness

Additional requirements include:

  • DBS Security Clearance and current SC clearance
  • Meets all requirements of Export Compliance Regulations
  • Willingness to travel (10% required)

This is a competitive role with an estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, pension scheme, share incentive plan, and more.
