Key Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, and maintain security systems (Intruder / CCTV / Access) according to NSI and relevant codes of practice/policies.
  • Service, repair, and maintain fire alarm systems according to BAFE and relevant codes of practice/policies.
  • Respond to out-of-hours service calls at customers' premises on a 24-hour rota basis.
  • Receive internal and external training sessions, health and safety training, and toolbox talks.
  • Wear company-branded PPE and uniform at all times.
  • Be computer-literate to an appropriate level to carry out the role, understanding the use of control panels, networking, and operation of Windows-based programs.
Training and Development
  • Dependent on previous experience and qualifications.
  • Regular product, technical training, and toolbox talks.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of £36,000-£40,000 per annum, plus overtime and call-outs. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with 1 in 3 weekends on call.
