We are seeking a highly skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our team at ITS Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems across the South of the UK.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in servicing and maintaining these systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving license.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. You will work closely with our supportive team environment and have access to comprehensive training, including manufacturer and FIA courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
- Use service management software and mobile app to complete tasks
- Perform fault finding on both conventional and addressable systems
- Handle emergency lighting maintenance
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £34,000, with an OTE of £38,000+, generous commission scheme, on-call allowance of £250 per week, plus time and half paid door-to-door (1/7), performance-related bonus (£1,000+ per year), 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and company vehicle + fuel card for personal use.
