Inspector Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inspector Team Leader to join our team at HR Employment Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Quality Assurance: Oversee the investigation of production issues, implement Root Cause Corrective Actions, and ensure quality assurance activities meet customer requirements.
- Manufacturing Operations Improvement: Supervise the ongoing improvement of in-house manufacturing operations and quality assurance of outsourced components using Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving tools.
- Strategic Inspection Supervision: Strategically supervise inspection activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource Supervision: Supervise all inspection resources and ensure they are utilized effectively.
- Inspection Hardware Utilization: Utilize appropriate inspection hardware to ensure accurate and efficient inspection processes.
- Prioritization and Efficiency: Ensure given priorities are worked to and inspection strategies are efficient.
- Accreditation and Procedure Adherence: Ensure accreditations and procedures are adhered to, and MRB, NCR, and CAR processes are effectively carried out.
- Budget Management: Assist in the management of the inspection budget.
- Inspection Coverage: Operate the company holiday system to ensure inspection cover is provided.
- In-Production and Final Inspection: Conduct in-production and final inspection of manufactured parts as required.
- Reject Control and Management: Control and manage internal and external rejects, actively reviewing them to establish preventative measures to stop recurring rejects.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement continuous improvement plans resulting from rejects investigations.
- Audit Participation: Participate in internal and external audits.
- Calibration Control: Control the in-house calibration process.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise and communicate between production and inspection teams regarding work schedules and priorities.
- Process Improvement: Liaise with manufacturing engineering and production teams to implement improvement plans on manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Problem-Solving: Lead or participate in problem-solving teams aimed at process improvements.
- In-Process Monitoring: Develop and implement in-process monitoring and measurement for continuous improvement of manufactured products.
