To succeed as a Private Client Support Services Specialist, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. You will be required to analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to management to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on their portfolio status.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers by following up with them and providing personalized support.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback and comments.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to management to improve our services.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a client support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
