We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Clinical Supervisor to join our team at mydentist. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with overseas qualified dentists in a general dental practice environment, providing clinical supervision and support to help them achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to overseas qualified dentists in a general dental practice environment.
  • Liaise with the mydentist clinical team to monitor the progress and abilities of the dentists.
  • Attend training and meetings as required by mydentist.
  • Assess and grade the treatment provided and professionalism of the dentists.
  • Maintain skills and competencies through continued professional development.
  • Liaise with the practice manager to ensure the satisfactory integration of dentists into the practice.
  • Provide pastoral support to dental students and report any issues arising.

Requirements:

  • Full GDC registration as a Dentist or specialist and active NHS performer number.
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience as a general dentist.
  • Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is desirable.
